Popular Post The Computer Audiophile Posted February 26, 2018 Popular Post Share Posted February 26, 2018 Hi Guys - We must all remember that as important as this wonderful hobby is to us, all the issues raised are first world problems. People on all sides of every issue and comment tend to act like the topics here actually matter to the human race. Yes, music and HiFi are very important to me and my happiness but they aren’t worth getting so bent out of shape about, especially when getting so bent out of shape can’t affect change. Tubes suck. Solid state sucks. Who cares? Choice is what’s good. P.S. Nearly everyone posting in this thread has been reported several times by other members of the community. If I acted on all the reports, it would be me and my wife posting back and forth and that’s it. Everyone would be gone. We have to try to get along even when it seems like some people aren’t pulling their weight in this area. I have been a member of CA for 8 years, and I often check in multiple times daily. It’s a wonderful source of information, but the fact that so many threads descend to basic name calling really puts me off. On the odd occasion I’ve started a thread, the responses have generally been condescending, but perhaps that’s my fault for not being in the “clique“. However, there are IMO some “community” issues which should be addressed or more aggressively moderated. Or perhaps I just don’t belong here...
