Are you even trying to make sense?

Based on when he joined and the fact that all his posts have been limited to this thread, I'm guess that we're seeing Lee's replacement in action.

Members who joined in last few months with 85% +  of posts overtly anti-MQA and in this thread don't equally alert your suspicions...?

Suspicions of what?

Oh this is too funny.  Or pathetic.  Or both.

mqatruth..................that must be the mqa truth hit squad.

Be careful Chris.  You might be on their hit list.

I'm reminded of this old book/movie:

I ask the anti MQA brigade..why did Tidal, which has 2 million CD quality albums to stream, and the labels, sign contracts with MQA if it has so many supposed negatives? I ask for serious replies.

And is any of that audible?

Doesn't matter.

Knowing that MQA is messing with the sound will lessen our enjoyment of it... unless, of course, you are one of these audiophiles who is immune to the tricks that the human mind plays upon us. :)

Thanks! So Ralf11 was the one honored with Lavorgna's vulgarity. I had heard about what Lavorgna had written, but did not know who received the message.

Yes, he took one for the team. :)

A person can't be more full of shit than that. Yet, he is one of the leading MQA salesman! When the people delivering the message hide behind fake names and lie, how can any sane person trust the product they sell?

I think he's a volunteer salesman. Not sure if this makes it better or worse. Certainly sadder.

Don't agree. Similar things have happened in other company takeovers.

Right. It would be as simple as TEN not telling JA anything. Seems the opposite of impossible.

I've been involved in several of these transactions over the years and the rule of thumb is to limit the folks involved to those who need to know to make the deal happen. I can't imagine JA being on that list.

Hardly. Bruno has forgotten more about digital audio than I'll ever know, and as I've said before, I don't understand it either. The point is that as I've learned, it's not necessary for a digital engineer to understand this stuff. If it is what it claims to be, MQA is based on a rethinking of what digital audio engineers consider gospel. The question is whether it makes the music sound better.

Forgive me for being blunt but if you don't understand the technology why are you writing articles about it?

Unless you subscribe to the groupthink that seems endemic on this website.

Perhaps about MQA. Certainly not on other subjects.
