This artist is new to me and this doesn't happen that often as I'm kinda set in my ways but I was completely blown away by these guys. Take a listen to samples on iTunes and discover something really special...IMO anyways. Link to comment

REShaman
Donald Fagan: Sunken Condos. XLD conversion redbook CD to AIFF. Dyed in the wool fan of Steely Dan (Walter and Donald and the gang, including their usual backup singers one of whom I fell in love with watching the Steely Dan - Two Against Nature - DTS 5.1 (2000) DVD (from time to time and so much better than the redbook CD edition). Have not heard the DL from HDtracks so I can not compare. But as a redbook issue from Donald Fagan, I enjoyed it thoroughly. I am sure SACD version will appear somewhere; and I will chase that down and purchase it as well. Until then, Sunken Condos is highly entertaining. In either case, trust your ears (not applying for a label attribution, just in case). Enjoying the music, Richard Link to comment
