Live streaming up to a few Mbps is child's play these days. Those MQA demos are wholly unremarkable, especially since they are streamed only to a single receiver. The real challenge is streaming to millions of people in different locations at the same time. That requires a decent distribution network (CDN), which is of course also a solved problem.
