I've already told you why we do it. Trust me, we don't want it so badly. It's a service to our readers and fills a niche not elsewhere provided for. Most publishers like when we send them traffic. In fact, I have emails going back many years where Jeff talks about "cross pollination" and his desire to share content between our two sites.

Yes, CA publishes an exact bit perfect copy of what Tone Audio pushes out through syndication. 

 

We use it’s syndicated feed exactly how it’s designed to be used. 

 

Some sites provide just the title while others provide a summary. Tone provides the entire thing.

I’m not endorsing your comments, but your experience is one reason why the emails I published need to remain in public view. I don’t subscribe to the right to be forgotten and believe people should have their behavior exposed.

AFAIK, both web sites involved here are in the US, tho I heard the analog web site was actually in Portland.

 

This is also tricky. Does it matter where the data is sitting, where the business resides, where the behavior occurred etc...
