Plug and play the etherREGEN experience.  These two pieces work very well together (and UpTone Audio's LPS 1.2 is no longer available).  

9/10 because the are "preowned" but they look like new (see photos).  No blemishes/scratches, etc.  Both work fine.  Selling because a newly purchased Grimm MU1 does everything I need.  

I'm the original owner.   Original boxes.  eR has a short manual (also online).

You can remove that one if you prefer a different one (or just leave it alone if you aren't using optical).  Includes UpTone Audio's standard SMPS for the eR (but don't use that, use the TP).  

Teddy Pardo is 12 v, has one output, and includes a nice DC power cable to connect to the eR.   Does not include power cord to connect TP to the wall.

Price is for BOTH the eR and the TP.  Pay via PayPal.    Shipping is ADDITIONAL and paid by buyer.  Will use FEDEX or UPS insured for the sales price.
