Dunno which is correct, but the quote above says that he raised $1.5M in contributions whereas Fish claims he raised $5M.

It is misleading to say there is zero proof of Larry's intentions. While there may be no direct evidence of his intentions, they may be inferred by his actions and/or lack of same. Circumstantial evidence should not be so readily dismissed. His silence certainly does not operate in his favour.
