There's blue lightweight flexible plastic conduit the contractors around here call "Smurf tube" because of its color, which works very nicely for various types of electrical cables.

Have literally drilled through an inch of stone several times with mine to make the house number sign below (just the regular 18v Ryobi hammer drill w/lithium batteries - have 2 batteries and by the time one’s done the other’s long since charged).
