Hello Marcin

Thank you for your message.

I sent you two private messages regarding firmware update.

Maybe these didn't reach you?

I am very pleased that I will receive support in this way in the future!

So I will buy from you again if necessary!

I'm still very happy with the USB card!

Now the link actually works, after switching off malwarebytes!

So I apologize to you for making the wrong statement.

With kind regards

I may have missed PMs here on AudiophileStyle, but I never miss company emails, so if you have support or sales related questions, it'd be better to ask them via official channels.

Best regards,
Marcin

My experience with "Master OCXO Clock Upgrade for JCAT USB Card XE".
Upgrade: Fast, easy, wonderful sound!

I've been using the "JCAT USB Card XE" for over a year, and have been very happy with it.
A few days ago, I heard about the "Master OCXO Clock Upgrade for JCAT USB Card XE".

I immediately wanted to try it out because, having previously used a "Mutec REF10 SE120" on the system (https://audiophilestyle.com/profile/30314-gato/?tab=field_core_pfield_3), I learned that the Master Clock added things that made the sound more like I like it, more open, deeper, clearer, airier, a kind of analog flavor.

So I sent my USB card to JCAT. After a fast, first-class service, I received the "upgrade" parts in return.
I've now been using it for less than a week and I'm sure I'll never go back. The sound is wonderful: more body, more definition, more texture "from bass to treble".

I recommend this upgrade whenever possible.

Hello

Nice to hear, but I tested a different variant than the additional clock!

With the latest ASM3142 "211118" firmware, the card also plays better and it's free.
