ciccio1112
Good evening everyone, and thanks to Nenon for this wonderful Thread. I can't wait to compose the whole project, in the meantime I am recovering the xeon 4114 CPUs and the asus MB. For RAM the Apacer D51.23244S.001 are good? I would like to take 8 from 4G, for a total of 32Gb are enough, can you tell me where to find them? Thanks. I look forward to the case with dissipation and the switching power supply from Taiko, as well as the components to compose the unregulated power supply for DC-DC switching. my blog: http://tweakvideo.altervista.org my shop:http://www.avtek.it Link to comment

Do we have any news about the Taiko case, and active mosfet rectification and GaN regulators for the unregulated power supply? I am always waiting for your news because I would like to complete the Taiko By Nenon with double Xenon. Thanks. ciccio1112
@ Nenon and all. I ask if there are any news for Taiko case and any prices. Also what value and type must have the ULPS V3 fuse we are designing. Thanks. my blog: http://tweakvideo.altervista.org my shop:http://www.avtek.it Link to comment
ciccio1112
Hi friends. my Taiko Do it yourself is being born. I wanted to ask everything for Windows LTSC 2019 as per project by Nenon which are the best optimizations to do and the software to install, to make the best of the best. Thank you. I am curious as to what your CPU operating temperature is? Do you think that the heatpipes might be more efficient if they were mounted to the chassis heatsink slightly above the CPU? Also would be curious to know who was your source for the RAM? (if you don’t mind sharing) Thx Hi Friends. For the current temperatures they are around 55 degrees, at rest, but the current ambient temperature is around 33-34 degrees as it is very hot. Surely the solution with the heatpipes placed downhill from the lateral heat sink to the cpu would be optimal to better study the right layout for the best dissipation. I'm waiting for more heatpipes to arrive for the second cpu. For the ram you have to look in the first 100 posts, find the reference for the apacer's agent. I bought them early last year. ciccio1112
Hello friends. To go to the 220000uF mundorf, do you have any idea how to place it inside the hdplex case since the capacitor reaches 105 mm in height, therefore higher? thank you. Check the perfect tightening of the bolts of the heatsinks that connect with the CPUs. It takes very little for all the contacts of the CPU not to touch correctly with the motherboard socket, and therefore not seen correctly. ciccio1112
Good morning. Have any of you tried to update the firmware of the ASM 3142 USB controller of the Asus Sage C621 motherboard? my blog: http://tweakvideo.altervista.org my shop:http://www.avtek.it Link to comment
ciccio1112
The motherboard features the ASMedia 3142 3.1 USB controller, which is the same as the one installed on the JCAT XE. Since a new firmware has recently been released for the JCAT XE, the question arises whether it’s possible to install the firmware on our Asus Sage, which surely has outdated firmware, dating back to when the motherboard was first introduced. my blog: http://tweakvideo.altervista.org my shop:http://www.avtek.it Link to comment
ciccio1112
The USB that Taiko Audio initially used before the release of their USB card, in my opinion, is excellent. While waiting for Emile to decide to market their USB card for DIY enthusiasts like us. my blog: http://tweakvideo.altervista.org my shop:http://www.avtek.it Link to comment
ciccio1112
HI MarcelNL, on the Asus c621 it is not necessary to disable any fans in the bios settings. You can easily work in fanless mode without doing anything. MarcelNL 1 my blog: http://tweakvideo.altervista.org my shop:http://www.avtek.it Link to comment
ciccio1112
Good morning. I also had problems showing the RAM, as SK8 says. You have to act on the screws by tightening them in the right way, because the CPU is certainly not aligned perfectly in the socket. Otherwise it happens that some modules are not seen correctly, and you may encounter the problems you mentioned. my blog: http://tweakvideo.altervista.org my shop:http://www.avtek.it Link to comment
