Live Linux image for PC to run Roon Bridge or DLNA renderer?

This sounds like there should an obvious answer, so as a long term dweller on this site, I’m almost embarrassed to ask.

But does  anyone offer a bootable  live linux image to turn a PC (temporarily) into either a Roon Bridge and/or a DLNA renderer appliance ?

In other words the equivalent of the bootable HQP NAA image but for Roon or DLNA endpoints instead.  Or think of it as Ropiee/XL, but  for PC architecture and as a live bootable USB stick image, not something requiring installation to hard disk.

Use case- I have a small fanless windows PC in my listening room that I want to retain as a general windows  device but use from time to time as an endpoint for various services, while gaining potential SQ  improvements over simply running Roon Bridge or JRiver (as a renderer) as Windows apps as I currently do.  If I want IMO  best sound as an NAA, I can just temporarily  boot into Jussi’s image from usb stick - I’m looking to do the same as a RAAT or DLNA renderer.  Thanks.

HQPlayer OS? HQPlayer Embedded can work as UPnP AV Renderer. No official DLNA certifications or support though, since things like WMA codec support are missing which are mandated for DLNA certification.

hmm. I booted HQPE version 4.30.3 under Euphony, do not see HQP as a UPNP renderer? Only playing FLAC, WAV and DSF format files so not sure WMA support matters

I don't know what/how Euphony has set up things, maybe they have disabled HQPlayer's UPnP feature. You can easily boot up HQPlayer OS image to check.

P.S. That's an old version of HQPlayer as well.

which version does one need to run? Euphony menu has 4.24 - 4.30 for HQP binary options. Haven't checked to see what I have on HQPe boot stick.

Daphile (a free and fancy version of squeezelite/LMS) can work as a renderer with the DLNA plugin installed.  Another option is Snakeoil OS, which can use MPD with upmpdcli, or squeezelite with DLNA plugin.
