I wonder what that means for the brand? As some of the new amps were aesthetically designed by a Sonus-Faber speaker designer.

I am curious about why they are being sold, and what this means for the companies future as well.

I am probably in the minority but I don’t think this sale bodes well for the future of the brand. I was invited to a demo of their latest and greatest new designs a year or two ago at a very high end retailer and to say I, as well as the rest who went, were not impressed would be an understatement. I know the audio press seemed to be impressed, but when us common folk left the room in a flash....  so I am not surprised with this sale.
