Update:
My Asrock Rack c2550DI motherboard died silently exactly 3 years after the last post.
I have contacted ASRock's European tec service, and would have had the board exchanged by them, if I wouldn't have found out that I am owner of a special 5 year guarantee on that item, because I had payed back in the days 75 Euros extra to the selling company.

I honestly did not remember that detail until I was going to print out the invoice for Asrock.

I have returned the item and await their analysis. As an option, they either repair the board, send me anything comparable (which might prove difficult as the haven't anything close to it on offer in its price range) or refund 80% of the price.

Having had UNRAID 6.7 running as NAS software, I should be able to get my disks and the USB stick containing the sw back running as soon as I recive a motherboard with á sufficent number of SATA ports.
Thanks to Qobuz I haven't felt a loss of music choice until now.
Cheers, Tom
