I am enjoying the tracks notwithstanding the DR value. I do not know what that says about my music appreciation, except to enjoy what it is. The Dynamics are a bit subdued (smile) and the arrangements fairly mundane, but the music is entertaining (not outstanding). Some tracks are much better than others. Overall, it's worth the price of admission. And I have the best seat in the house. Enjoy the music, Richard Link to comment

mav52
I like Ritenours Earth Run, Stolen Moments, Rhythm Sessions and RIT's House, Larry & Lee a little better than his latest. But I pretty much enjoy some cuts from each of his works. The Truth Is Out There Link to comment
EuroChamp
As long as I keep the volume level (very) low, the very bad dynamic range goes okay. But don't never crank it up! At mid-volume-levels it starts sounding very loud, what in real dezibel values - is not. I get a very loud experience, that has nothing to do with the truth. Solution: All I want to do, is turning it lower and lower - and the sound's getting better and better. Ritenour is for sure a very good guitar player, and I think his playing would sound really great in realistic (higher) sound preassure levels. But that is simple not possible with a mastering like this one! Link to comment
