As always it's nothing more than a clickbait title with misleading information, of course we're talking about the intention of the author of that particular title.

I don't think there is any real issue there. And in particular it won't affect applications like HQPlayer.

 

Someone likes to make a lot of noise about a scheduler tuning parameter.
