sphinxsix
Asking cause I have written a variation on it (for any instrument or combination of instruments), it's entitled 6'49.5'' and I want it to be performed, have no idea what instructions to give to the musicians, though.. christopher3393
Would you mind posting the score? Did you consult the I Ching or the Tarot? This may have subtle but powerful effects on the performance, and may help the musicians connect to your process. And perhaps discussing your process a bit and how you arrived at the title. Also, what does the title represent, or is it non- or anti-representational? Perhaps showing the musicians a performance of Frank Zappa's "Dead Air", which, imo, has some striking similarities. Of course, this may not reflect your intent and actually could be quite misleading. Best wishes on this project. sphinxsix 1 Link to comment

This is pretty good but... ..but my composition is epic, much more epic. Thank you for the ideas, counting on your future active participation and continuation of your creative input! Link to comment
