SO i spent a couple of hot summers down near the Mexican border in California, and would cross that border to get to some uncrowded beaches and heat relief. But sometimes it was just very hot and dry with little escape. And sometimes these days I think it's going to start feeling more and more like Mexico in summer well north of the border.
