It’s like when the UN allowed Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to speak and deny the Holocaust. My mother in law hated it. I loved it. It showed how foolish he was to the whole world. 

I have to agree with Chris. What I find amusing is that these 2 unhappy customers go off the deep end in their rage directed at Alex.  I can only wonder how these two guys will handle real tragedy in their lives.
