goldsdad
The Wall - excellent SQ, although it doesn't live up to my recollection of the original vinyl. Link to comment
mwheelerk
I have three of the titles, The Wall, Sting and Imagine. All three are my favorite versions of those albums. "A mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work if it is not open." Frank Zappa Link to comment
firedog
They sound very good, especially Imagine. But the 2010 remasters are based on the original masters (not Yokos 2002 versions) and also sound good. Main listening (small home office): Main setup: Surge protectors +>Isol-8 Mini sub Axis Power Strip/Protection>QuietPC Low Noise Server>Roon (Audiolense DRC)>Stack Audio Link II>Kii Control>Kii Three BXT (on their own electric circuit) >GIK Room Treatments. paul_riordan
Pink Floyd -- "The Wall" Police -- "Synchronicity" Sting -- "The Dream Of The Blue Turtles" Steve Winwood -- "Arc Of A Diver" and "Back In The High Life" I have the four above and I think that they are all very good. I don't recall there being a huge difference on the "Arc Of A Diver" album between the MFSL disc and the standard issue disc. My favourite MFSL discs are Supertramp's "Crime Of The Century" and Pink Floyd's "Dark Side Of The Moon".
