Bryston Service

Been having trouble with my Bryston BOT1 CD transport.  The unit (simple slot loader external drive that attaches to their BDP streamers) has been discontinued by Bryston and certainly out of warranty as their players don't carry the same generous warranty as the amps.

 

They shipped the unit to and fro at their expense and fixed it for free.  They didnt have to do that but I sure appreciate it.
