Why is my display not working at all?

Hi, I have been using my Lumin T2 for about 4 months. Yesterday the display died completely. No idea why. I mostly use Roon - which still works. But would really like the display back. I looked at the T2 settings and the display is set to Bright. I also tried resetting the unit but no result.

Please power off the unit, unplug the power cord, wait for a while then reconnect it.


In Lumin app, please change the display setting to something else such as Normal, then back to Bright, and see if it makes any difference.

 

If this does not help:

Very rarely reseating the display cable inside the unit would help, but I do not recommend opening up the unit.  You are advised to ship the unit to the distributor/dealer for repair.  You will need to provide a proof of purchase.
