We do make an all in one in a fancy case with a fancy power supply of our own design seen here on our website https://www.sonore.us/Signature-Rendu-SE.html 2. The optical output of the oM is bi-directional optical ethernet and not proprietary. This makes it easy to hook up to existing optical networks.
