It is quite an amazing feat and probably takes a mass amount of room to boot. Agree. You should see the company's stock of parts for nearly every component it has ever sold. There is over $1,000,000 worth of parts sitting in the factory just incase an old unit breaks. ARC takes good care of its customers. Founder of Audiophile Style | My Audio Systems Link to comment

It takes all of your contact information and when it has it ends with a message that says “You did a very good job filling out the forms”. Didn’t ask for a credit card, didn’t give an estimated ETA, no reference number, nothing. 🤷🏼♂️ Agree. The company ARC uses for this is also outsmarting itself. The individual “pop up” questions such as address, then zip code, etc... are so annoying. Using tech just for tech’s sake is dumb. A simple form and possibly some text that says what’s going on would’ve been wonderful. daverich4 1 Founder of Audiophile Style | My Audio Systems Link to comment
