As usual, I'm also around at the Munich show (Thu-Sun). Would be happy to meet people!

 

There are also nice brewery places near Marienplatz, but those practically require pre-booking a table because they are otherwise 100% crowded all the time...

It's going on at the hotel some of us are staying in!

 

It is quite interesting small event. For example last year ROHM was demonstrating their new DAC chip there. And Kii Three was there as well, I just couldn't bear listening half an hour lecture before any music was played.

The Happy hour event at the MOC premises may be organized differently, especially to meet up with Rajiv, as he seems otherwise fully booked.

Sounds good, but maybe not everybody is able to attend on a limited attendance trade day?

I guess we just settle for the biergarten at MOC since that seems to be the group interest...

T+A system with the new DAC sounded very good (I may be a bit biased though...  ). And they run nice comparison demo as well.

 

Esoteric also sounded good, they seem to have also moved to discrete DSD DACs instead of COTS DAC chips. And quite esoteric PCB layout as well.

 

I also liked sound of Dynaudio + Sim Audio combo, Elac Vela FS 409, Audio Vector as well as Amphion Krypton speakers sounded very good.

And by the way the AS meet was great! As always, was great to see people in real life!
