Can you give me a release date and a ballpark price?

The 2nd of November is the official release date. Prices are as follows:

• US$199 (ex tax)
• €249 (incl tax)

There was no other option for iGalvanic3.0 to become the real deal. We had to.

 

As far as nano iDSD Black Label goes, prices are already set in stone and this deck's premiere is just around the corner. At least to the most recent HQ intel we obtained, nothing's going to change.

Supports DSD1024? I saw some iFi personnel with DSD1024 on their shirts, in a recent show video posted online, I think it was Darko.

I see the new micro iDSD BL supports an optical input. That fits the bill for me, just a bit more expensive, but it should fit my need for taking input from my roon streamer and from my TV just finished eating. Thanks.

Oh that's not new. Great DAC & Amp though. The nano BL is new.

There seems to be some confusion on some websites.

 

Is the MQA a full decoder, or is it just a software renderer?

I just returned from the local annual hi fi show where i had a brief listen to the new nano i DSD through my iPhone. How do you do It?

 

IF i exclude the fact that the Micro iDSD black has a massively more powerful headphone amp the difference in the quality between the two is very minimal!!! Now that's a surprise.. And even though the power is not as plentiful as in the micro It still had enough grunt to drive the Audeze i Sine to more than enough loud levels.

 

This little Thing is a true miracle especially if we take the price into account.. A true steal which will not disappoint even with moderately difficult headphones..

We've been doing this for quite a while now, we know a thing or two

 

But yes, we're very happy about how nano BL turned out. It took us a good while to optimize the product and make it substantially better in comparison to previous non-BL version.

Renderer, we were vocal about this matter in several places.
