Bushikai
Hello, I had to reinstall the HQplayer but it's not working. Any suggestions? Thank You. Link to comment
bogi
You provided no info about your troubles. You are like a patient, saying only "I am ill". What's your DAC? What are your HQPlayer settings? You can attach here screenshots of Settings and DSDIFF/DSF Settings. Does your DAC work with any other player? What's your processor model and frequency, what OS are you running? The manual describes how to enable logging. You can attach here your log file or you can send it directly to Signalyst. i7 11850H + RTX A2000 Win11 HQPlayer ► Topping HS02 ► 2x iFi iSilencer ► SMSL D300 ► DIY headamp DHA1 ► HiFiMan HE-500 Link to comment
Bushikai
I'm using Nano IFI, Everything was working perfect until I had to reinstall the HQplayer, The settings are the one shown in the Manual. The only different thing is the upgrade to Mac OSSierra 10.12 Link to comment
17629v2
Sometimes there's compatibility issues when a new OS is released. Check to see if you have the most current drivers. When you say the program doesn't work, what exactly does that mean? Nothing happens when you go to start the app, starts but hangs up, error message, etc.. Link to comment
mrvco
My Mac Mini is still on Yosemite, but my iMac is on Sierra. I just installed HQP on my iMac and it works fine, but after install, the HQP app volume was set to zero. -- My Audio System Link to comment

ericuco
Perhaps you can turn on the log file and e-mail that to Miska. Eric Audio System Link to comment
17629v2
Uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't work. Have you tried opening music directly from your file manager? Also, have you tried a different music player? Link to comment
mrvco
Have you tried the Software forum? There's a 275 page thread dedicated to HQ Player there. -- My Audio System Link to comment
