Aaron Diehl : Space, Time, Continuum (24/96)

Awesome, looking forward to it. I have listened to it a few times lossy on Spotify and even there his piano sounds simply wonderful. It has that deep, percussive woody low end on the attacks that you get in person next to a grand piano. Was not a fan of the "reedy" or reed forward baritone/sax presentation.

Just bought this yesterday, looks legit:

DR10-12 with some outliers at 8.

A review of the music will be coming on my blog tomorrow.

Well, legit, but why so loud!?

That track is one of the DR8 outliers, the rest is more nuanced.

Wouldn't call it an audiophile masterpiece but enjoyable nevertheless.

Sure, but I can't understand why having such big space for dynamics audio engineers don't use it! If not, what's the purpose of so called high resolution? - of course more money ;-)

Well I got it relatively cheap as discounted with Qobuz Sublime, but otherwise I fully agree.
