smodtactical
The TLDR is that I keep finding roon sounds better than plex/plexamp on my pi2aes. Same streamer but roon is just better. Any idea why? Details of my findings are here (including many pissed off Plex users that don't buy it). https://www.reddit.com/r/plexamp/comments/1b3oorc/plexamp_vs_roon_sound_quality/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button Link to comment
Cebolla
How do you know if whatever (presumably proprietary) network audio streaming mechanism that the Headless Plexamp (for Raspberry Pi) software uses for obtaining its audio from the Plex Server is bitperfect (like Roons' RAAT is supposed to be)? botrytis 1 We are far more united and have far more in common with each other than things that divide us. -- Jo Cox Link to comment
