Does it take time for license key to be valid

Hello Everyone, 

 

It’s the day after Thanksgiving and I finally decided to purchase a HQPlayer 5 Desktop license.  I received the confirmation email and stored the xml file locally on my Windows 10 desktop. When I try to register  the xml file it states "invalid key". My question is does it take 24 hours for the key to be processed and ready to be registered or is it because today is a holiday that the registration of the key is not successful yet ? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Desktop 5 version 5.3.0  in an attempt to fix the issue. Thank you for your assistance.

It is instantaneous … are you uploading the xml file in HQP?

Hi Stefano, 

Yes, it is instantaneous.  From the menus I go to Help > Register which brings up a select key file window. I then select the xml file and the invalid key window appears instantaneously. Thanks
