Stack Audio Link II connection problems.

Got a Stack Audio Link II today and having problems connecting to some UPNP/DLNA services. It's a breeze to connect to Roon, Spotify and Apple Music, which is always the case I find. I can also connect to HQPplayer after a bit configuring.

However the two that I am having problems with are Audirvana Studio and Jriver Media Centre, the Stack Audio is just not showing up on there. I have a Macbook and a Windows PC, and I am having no joy on either platform so it's not an OS problem unique to either Apple or Windows.

 

Has anybody any tips for fixing this?

have you enabled OpenHome in the UPNP configuration of the Link II? If yes disable it.
