KenCyclingNYC
Hey Aurenderians! I'm trying to delete a folder in "Drive 2" and have tried everything including third party software claiming to delete the folder. I'm using a MBP M1 / Monterey and have an Aurender 10 running the latest/greatest. Within the folder named "Live Jazz Lounge", there were about 100 folders and was able to delete a majority one-by-one until I ran into a snag (see pic). I've rebooted the Aurender (soft & full reset, power off reset and even pushed the drives to rebuild). I've done the same with the MBP (soft/hard resets, boot in safe mode, CMD Mode, Clean My MAC) without success. What am I missing and can someone save me from a serious OCD attack. Also, I did go into every folder to make sure that the "Locked" check box was unchecked. Thanks my friends! Ken Link to comment

KenCyclingNYC
Yeah, the User name/Password was the first thing I tried + the article above is more about deleting files in a MAC environment and not Linux (aurender). Thanks for your combined efforts thus far... Link to comment
KenCyclingNYC
thought I got there (see attached) but.... seems that the permissions are set in Aurender and can't delete... was soooooo close Link to comment
