bobbmd
There is a new playlist on Qobuz entitled 'The Best of 192kHz" check it out. I have been alternating between my Schiit Yggdrasil GS and Meridian explorer 2. My Yggy GS shows 4x and my ME2 only shows 3 WHITE LEDs so no evidence of MQA! And it sounds best on ROON rather than on Qobuz desktop or A+3--ROON all says lossless 192k. Link to comment

Shouldn't have needed testing anyway, as MQA file tracks are never shipped encoded at 192kHz! Perhaps the paranoia could be justified, especially tracks by known MQA supporting labels such as 2L, if you were testing a 'best of 24bit/44.1kHz and/or 24bit/48kHz playlist' (could be hiding encoded hi-res MQA) or even a plain old CD-res playlist (for hidden MQA-CD). We are far more united and have far more in common with each other than things that divide us. -- Jo Cox Link to comment
