Do I need amp for Sennheiser hd 820+ Astell&Kern KANN Alpha?

Considering the price bracket yes you need at least something with a nice headphone amp.

 

These guys do not seem very helpful on basic questions, for basic buying advice I would look elsewhere then come back here to read or ask for advanced/meta questions. Or at least have more of an idea of what you want and a budget

You’ve been here for a week, offended many, and no made a judgement on how well people here donate their time helping others. People who keep asking the right questions get them all answered to their satisfaction. Others who ask a single question and expect a dissertation from others that solves all their problems are soon to be disappointed.
