cambridgehank
It is not clear to me why I have iTunes Match? Songs and playlist have disappeared in my iTunes library I think it is Match trying to match with iTunes. I just received notice from Apple that my subscription expires in a few weeks. I am tempted to not renew. Any thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks Link to comment
arc6th
I paid for Match about a year ago when I realized my library had hundreds of "protected" files that could be played only by Apple products. After Match did its thing (on a copy of my library--couldn't chance they'd mess with my tags,) I had no need to renew. I'm down to 90 tracks Apple won't replace. If/When I decide to leave iTunes & iPhone I'll probably replace a third of them. cambridgehank 1 Link to comment

I bet you would get a match for at least some of them. Link to comment
