An audio analogue to Hawking blackhole radiation

Briefly, the experimentalists created a Bose (integer spin particle, not the headphone/speaker fraudsters) condensate sonic blackhole analogue that allowed demonstration of Hawking radiation with phonons.

Interesting.  Not sure what you can do with the analogous sonic system to prove things tho...
