Maybe it wouldn't be bad if you could actually test the real settings in the trial version and not test whether something works by chance. I won't run it for now.

with the same SW settings, I would look elsewhere for the cause of the sound change - do you have a well-treated electrical network and a server-DAC clock?

Samozřejmě, že pokud je DAC odpojen, Euphony ztratí výstup, ale to jsem psal dříve ... proč posíláte DAC do tohoto režimu? R2R DAC Rockna mám asi rok a půl a ještě jsem ho nevypnul

Ano, hudba mě baví, nebaví mě nejasná politika autora Euphony a upřímně mě nebaví, že jsem si V3 koupil před 15 měsíci a vývoj se zastavil, nepřihlásím se předplatné V4 pod podmínkou, že zase nebude nic jasné a já z Euphony odejdu.

Did you try Euphony or Daphile?

For me it's not a money problem, for me it's a moral problem that I bought something for a certain price and after a year and something I should buy it again even as a subscription. At the time of buying the V3 I wasn't sure if the V3 was better than the Daphile but I felt the potential there, after the purchase nothing developed and now the sales policy changes daily. It is completely unprofessional behavior of the seller towards the customers.

At first, the SW here said that customers building V3 will have V4 for about $100, nothing was written about subscription. looks like i paid $300 for the V3 and the company scammed me

Na začátku, když se mluvilo o V4, se říkalo, že přechod stávajících zákazníků na V4 bude za cca 100 Euro, nic o nějakém předplatném. Jsem velmi zklamán z přístupu firmy, pokud již nebude podporována V3, kterou jsem před 15 měsíci zakoupil bez časového omezení  (300 Euro) , budu požadovat vrácení peněz a přejdu k poctivějšímu dodavateli SW.

Conjecture always arises when there is insufficient information, in this case by Euphony. How will the V4 be sold and for how much? How and whether V3 users will benefit?

p.s. I don't know any other music SW that would cost 150 Euro + taxes/year. I really miss information about what and how it will be.

I have no idea how many people bought the V3, in the order of hundreds, thousands? I suspect that most of them will not be enthusiastic about the new sales policy, because they bought the unlimited product with the understanding that they will pay for the new version. I also don't know how many new buyers will be interested in the V4 at the outlined prices, but I just don't like uncertainty. If I had known this 15 months ago when I bought the V3, believe me, I would not have decided to buy it.

 

I convinced several people in my area to buy V3, now they are quite cursing. Nothing is worse for a company than an unsatisfied customer

As I already wrote - an unsatisfied customer is not a good business card for any company, don't be angry, but Euphony has lost my trust. And constant silence and conjecture do not help anything.

Normal software product life cycle is not about 12 months fot full price
