Also having a problem here in that I cannot select a USB sound card on 6.12 (or earlier...) GUI or other version. All works fine but no output. "allo Allo" (Brit TV program, French mickey take).

Long story short..... the Allo USbridge remains a hobby and computer freak product instead of a Consumer friendly solution.

 

Well this is a computer audio site, not HiFi News. SSH isn't rocket science. Allo produce great products at really low prices, adds up for me.

WHat software/Linux installation are you using? Is it correctly configured? Did the seller say anything about how it is set up? It’s not necessarily plug and play.

Could you take the EMMC card out and use the SD instead or is the corruption on the SD card? There are instructions on reflashing the  EMMC on Allo's website I think (not so simple).

Did you format the SD card first? Is this what the display said when you boot up, to see what occurring (i.e. HDMI from Sparky)?

I would persevere. Is the EMMC card out?
