Restoring an ID

Long story short, I accidentally overwrote the SSD that goes into my ID last week. (It was a careless and stupid mistake...)

 

What options do I have to restore the filesystem in the ID? I have the latest firmware of course, but that does not seem to include an option to restore the entire filesystem. I need to image the entire SSD at this point. Insuppose I could ship the SSD back to JRiver, but that seems a little drastic, when I just need to dd the filesystem back in place.

The person who could best help is travelling for a few days, back on Thursday. He said that you should be able to rebuild from the "repair image".

I was thinking so, but I am so obviously missing some critical little detail or another. As in user error...

 

I'll pop a copy of Windows on there for now, and figure it out next week.
