I joined this forum after reading nearly all the posts which encouraged me to try the N100C over the past weekend.

 

The N100C sounded fantastic via Coax thru my La Voce DAC and I nearly didn't return it to the dealer. However, I saw in the hardware guide that it's in the discontinued list.

 

Yesterday, I took home the first N150 my dealer released to a customer, me 😁

 

The AMM guide said newer products won't support it so I bought a 2TB Seagate HDD. While waiting for its delivery, I tried AMM on my Surface Pro and was surprised the N150 is supported and it worked creating the Metadata from my Synology NAS.

I can't discern any difference in USB, which the N150 is limited to anyway. I chose the N150 (less disk) compared to the N100 + 4TB for the same price because I read the N100x have been discontinued. Honestly, I would be happy with the N100.

Why does the scanner create two albums for some artists? Here's a typical example, on is correct one is wrong.

The files are in the N150 internal disc and I verified the Metadata and they're in order. In the iPad Conductor App, the "remove from my library" is disabled.

What happened to non-latin support in the database? These characters now show up as ???? instead of Kana, Hanggul, etc.

This manifested perhaps two N150 firmware updates ago, hence nothing to do with the Conductor App.

Ask a friend with 3D printer and knows how to model to make one for you. It'll take a few minutes depending on skill. I made a few for my H190, H95, Audio Hungary, etc. using  TPU (flexible material).

Aurender should give a choice to those who want Roon and to those who don't want it. I think it was mentioned previously it is going to be an option. I don't want Roon.

Maybe I was still logged into his account? But my assumption was that the track was stored in the queue even after the N200 was transported from Vancouver, B.C. to Ottawa, Ontario.

Go to the Settings>Streaming in Conductor, you can see if he's still logged in.

Is has a built in SSD used for caching and other functions. You can add an internal HDD/SSD *if* you want to store files. If you’re playing off a NAS, or just streaming, nothing else is needed.
