Quick question, maybe someone here can help.

 

When trying to access the media server on my N100H from my Oppo UDP-205 it keeps telling me the username/password is incorrect, when it isn't. It used to work. Only thing I've changed recently is my router. I can still access the Aurender from my Mac. Any ideas?

Anyone here using an N100H with an iPad Mini 2 by any chance? 

I'm tempted to update the firmware/app/ios to check out the new Conductor features but I'm reluctant to as everything has worked flawlessly on whatever older version I'm using.

Trying to apply the MQA update to my N100H but the purchase fails saying "Your purchase could not be completed" then "Software update failed to install". Any ideas? Credit card details are up to date on the app store. I'm running the latest firmware and app version.

Got a new N200. Currently cloning my music from my old N100. Both are connected to the gigabit network.

 

I'm transferring about 800GB. Things started well but the Aurender display has been stuck on "Cloning 24% 2hr 14m" for a couple of hours now. Should I be concerned?

 

EDIT: Never mind. Browsing the unit from my Mac shows we've gone from Portishead to RATM in the last few minutes. Safe to say we can ignore the N200 screen. 👍

I love my N200, and it's not going anywhere, but IMHO Aurender really need to concentrate more time and money on software development and less on expanding an already convoluted product line.

 

The new app is indeed so full of bugs that it shouldn't have been released, or rather, it shouldn't have been presented as a ready to go replacement for V3. The whole thing is a Beta. Hats off to anyone who's willing to persevere with it and report bugs. 

 

I was also expecting far more ambitious features from such a revamp. They've fallen way behind Innuos, who didn't even have an app a couple of years ago.

 

Fortunately, I'm an album guy and I'm not particularly looking for a Roon-like experience, but others are, and UI is a fundamental selling point for any streamer.
