Sources for high quality music files

does anyone know of a paid site where i can obtain modern chart/club music for download such as hiphop, electro and other urban genres where the files are not mp3? maybe Flac or other higher quality format.

i find both sites to be a waste of time. Beatport is a rip-off. sound cloud has nothing relevant. is there no other options out there?
