for sale Ayre QB-9 Black 24/192

I'm selling my Ayre QB-9 DAC that is in black. Purchased with 24/196. There are a few scuffs but no scratches. The black brushed aluminum hides the scuffs very well. This unit does not have the DSD upgrade, I'll let someone else do that. Asking $1750 including shipping and Paypal.

Sure! I wanted to try a DAC that had more inputs, offered DSD, and volume control.

Gonzo- Check out Home : Empirical Audio Steve Nugent's Overdrive SE bests my EMM Labs Dac2x by a wide margin. This is with all the Paul Hynes Upgrades. The upgrades are as follows: $2,000 8 Hynes Reg. for Analog, $350 CUTF coupling caps and the new "Digital D/A Hynes reg" for $400. $8750 total.

 

I personally have not heard this third option but read about the Overdrive SE on audiocircle.com
