I fully agree that the DA-06 is a extraordinary DAC, however I have troubles streaming DSD files. May I ask if either of you use Audirvana? For some reason, the DSD64 and DSD128 are not highlighted. My dealer (Todd from TTVJ) asked the distributor and the reply was "Philip told me that one of the settings at Audirvana needs to be set differently for it to work" He's going to follow up but can somebody in this thread help?

 

I don't use Audirvana myself so can't help you there.

It's likely an auto detection issue. In the first screenshot below I let Audirvana auto detect DSD on the Auralic DAC. It doesn't highlight dsd64 or 128. When I manually select DSD over PCM it works just fine. I would try that on the Luxman.

Chris, thank you so much for the prompt reply. I'll try that first thing tomorrow. I have bought the da-06 based on your excellent review and am so happy that I did.
