Swiss public radio, which is usually pretty reliable for correct pronuciation of names, has the first syllable rhyme with "buy" and the second one with an open and long e, so something around "chuyee". It's a bit tricky, as the guy is Italian, but the name is French.

Later played the interesting interview chapter where it was pronounced "Shigh-ee". Accent on the last syllable.
