Excellent! I really hope this will bring more people into computer audio. Changing over to files on my computer was the best thing that has happened in forty years to listening!

Since your equipment reviews include listening impressions and implied comparisons with your memory of other equipment, try a concert hall comparison. There’s nothing interesting going on in Carnegie Hall, but go to a concert at Avery Fisher Hall and Alice Tully Hall. Compare the sound of each hall, and report back your impressions. <br />

You know this is the same weekend as the NY Audio Show? Lot of the same exhibitors. Wonder why they are not hosting this at the show or a different weekend. Either way, it is shaping up to be a fun weekend for NY audiophiles!

Looks like a couple of the NYC dealers "opted out" of the NYC Audio show. Guess they preferred to avoid the fee, the hassle and the challenges of having to set up another room (all of which are not inconsiderable). <br />

Chris -- you going to head over to the show, or do they have you booked at Stereo Exchange all day? Oh -- and is there an agenda for the speakers at Stereo Exchange? I haven't found one yet.

Hey Scot - I don't think I'll make the show. I'm committed to Stereo Exchange Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I have much more fun in small personal environments like a dealer event than I do at shows. <br />

I got my Gallo Reference 3 speakers at Stereo Exchange. I'll try to stop by Chris, in between doing my taxes :^(

Anthony at SE has been of great help to me. He hooked me up w/ my Wavelength gear. I bought an excellent small system there for my older nephew and it looks like I'll be getting another for the younger one. A great space. Can't wait to meet and hear Chris.
