Hi, I've embarked on the journey to create content on Twitch and YouTube with some friends and realized my old, cheap headset isn't really good enough (shock and surprise). What I'm looking for is, in order or importance: A good microphone Comfortable hearphones (I'll use them 2h+ sessions) Good quality audio Plus the budget restriction of staying under 100$. I'm currently checking HyperX Cloud Stinger and HyperX Cloud Alpha headsets, which seems pretty good from what I've read, although I have some doubts reading multiple people have had crosstalks problems with them. So, my questions are: Any suggestion for good headsets that fits my requirements? Is the difference between Stinger and Alpha so great to justify the almost double price tag between the two? Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone! I've been having issues with echo for some time now, so I decided to buy a headset. I'm really bad at making decisions, and I don't know much about headsets, so I'd like your advice. I've got about 150 euro to spend, though I prefer spending less. I'm looking for a comfortable headset with very good sound quality for games, and at least good quality for music. I also want it to be 7.1 surround sound. I prefer wireless but its not a must. And it should have a decent microphone. Because I already have a microphone, I could also buy headphones instead of a headset if this gives better quality, but I couldn't find many suited for gaming. If you can recommend me any which has everything I noted above (except the mic), please let me know! I've did some research myself, and these are the headsets I came up with: Wireless Gaming Headset G930 - Logitech NL SteelSeries - Gaming Headsets - SteelSeries 7H Razer Megalodon - Gaming Headset | Razer Online Shop DR-GA500 (DRGA500, DRGA500.EU8) : Accessoirezoeker : Sony Vengeance® 2000 Wireless 7.1 Gaming Headset Sennheiser Worldwide - PC 323D I was also wondering, even though It''s really expensive, is this one worth the money?: http://store.razerzo...goryId.58507000 I've also found these headphones, though I think they're a little too expensive: MDR-DS6500 (MDRDS6500, MDRDS6500.EU8) : Draagbare audio : Sony Let me know you're opinions about all these. Which would you recommend and why? Thanks a lot for your help!

My dilemma is that I cannot stream music on my work pc for many obvious reasons. I have a personal pc on a different network that would allow me to stream but that requires two sets of headsets. Is there a way to have 'One headset to rule them all'? I want to be able to hear my pc ping/ring with a new notification and talk to any device. I've looked at the multipoint headsets, but I have found nothing with the over the hear/noise cancelling capabilities that I want. I don't really want wireless because of the short battery life, and I don't want to break the bank. There doesn't seem to be a lot of others in this situation. Any and all advise would be appreciated.

Hello! I am about to purchase a Steelseries H Wireless Headset but I noticed I do not have a Optical connection on my PC nor my sound card. The Headset allows Analog and Optical and a USB connection for the microphone as I've read. Analog as I've searched around the web reduces quality and doesn't allow 7.1 surround to work. My sound card supports 5.1/7.1 surround but has 5 different colored connections at the back and a "screen DVI" looking connection as well. My question is: Can I connection the optical cable from the headset to my sound card or any 3.5mm jack on my PC with a adapter that doesn't require a power source for the same quality. Will it work? Pictures/Links for reference, taken off of google: 1. Thank you in advance and have a nice day!
