Porky
Hi All, I have a Bel Canto DAC3 being fed by a AES16e. Bel Canto have told me that the DAC3 supports up to 24/176.4 and I will like to test it. Where can I download a sample HRX 24/176.4 file to test? Cheers. Link to comment
ralph
Hi, please try this free demofiles: http://www.acousence.de/Seiten/digital_cd_demo_en.html No 24/176.4, but also quadspeed: 24/192. Porky
Thanks Ralf. tried all the files. 24/192 is definitely NO GO on the Bel Canto DAC3. 24/96 sounds great thou. Link to comment
The Computer Audiophile
The Bel Canto Design site lists the DAC3 specs as follows. i wonder if there is a typo because nothing above 24/96 is mentioned. Founder of Audiophile Style | My Audio Systems Link to comment
Porky
In the user guide, it says 24/96 and higher. I have tried 24/176.4 and it works fine but 24/192 does not. Link to comment
