Influence on SQ of isolated routers and servers with fiber optics.

In my current configuration, the NAA (Ultrarendu) is in an audition room with the setup and the core (Roon server with an All In One from HP)) is in another room, the signal is conducted via fiber optics from a Ubiquiti router to the Sotm Switch that is in the sound room.  
 

My question is the following:

 

Will improving the power supply (linear source or even building a less noisy PC) of the Core and the router, will it interfere with the SQ of the setup?

 

In theory shouldn't electrical isolation via fiber optics block any interference?

I can help on the router, the answer is a massive yes, a quality power supply makes a big difference even with fibre in the chain already. 
 

My setup to give you the context is: Router (with Zero Zero power supply), high quality Ethernet to Melco server (which has internal Ethernet filtering) high quality Ethernet to first SOTM switch, fibre to second SOtM switch, high quality Ethernet to streamer. 

 

The type of change was to dramatically reduce the noise floor, everything sounds way more dynamic. I also feed my Apple TV through the same route and both the picture has had a big improvement alongside the sound. Really impressive.

In practice fiber is perfectly isolating

Your report is incredible, configuration similar to mine except for your server being more focused on audio, I hope to experience the same type of experience.  I bought a linear source on Ali Express with dual output to power the internet router and the Ubiquiti router that converts to fiber.
