I sold my PS Audio DirectStream after auditioning this and the guy I bought it from liked it better than his modded

DirectStream. He upgraded to the Terminator and I have moved up to the Venus II.

I found the Pontus II more detailed, with tighter bass and yet just as smooth as the DirectStream. Excellent USB implementation, nearly, or as good

as the i2s interface.
