I've been using this between my dedicated audio NUC and Matrix X-SPDIF 2 which has a USB 3.0 port but my new Denafrips Iris only has a 2.0 port hence the sale. I actually demoed this along with a Wireworld Platinum Silver and ended up keeping this. This has a USB 3.0 B connector which will not fit in a 2.0 port! $110 shipped.
